  Lunch at Mac's Deli was fantastic. I had visited the deli years ago at their route 1 location and now spent a few minutes trying to find their new location. Well, the search for the new location was definitely worth it. I ordered the turkey Rueben which was served on rwo slices of delicious toasted rye bread. It was loaded with Turkey and had all the "Rueben" type fixings, such as thousand island dressing, melted swiss cheese and cole slaw. The combination of the bread, meat and fixings was to die for. My wife ordered the turkey, bacon melt. Her sandwich was stacked with her favorite switch was Turkey, tomato, spinach, and Mayo. The bread was toasted and very flavorful. My wife looked to the left of the cash register and saw these amazing looking chocolate chip cookies. Well, she just had to have one ... or two and after her first bite of the chocolate chip cookie, the chocolate was oozing out of melted yumminess.

  I don't know what I was expecting but the Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad was just ok, nothing memorable or special in fact the croutons were stale.  I guess I should have tried a sandwich, it may have been more exciting.  But when I order a salad from a Deli & Catering joint I kind of expect it to be better than your average salad.  No rush to go back & actually because the hours are so ridiculous, M-F 8-3, closed Sat & Sun, I can rarely get there during the small window of time they are open.  That's ok, no loss.

  I stopped in here for a quick sandwich to go before visiting Pine Point Beach the other day, and I'm glad I did!  Mac's at Pine Point is located just a few minutes down the road from Pine Point Beach, and I'm sure it's a hopping place for the beach go-ers in the summer.  They offer a TON of sandwich options using Boar's Head products, and they have a variety of drinks and snacks available for purchase as well.  I ordered a turkey wrap that came with mozzarella cheese, spinach, red onions, roasted red peppers, and Mac's "special sauce," which is some sort of seasoned oil based sauce (that is hella good, mind you).  The owner, Chris, made my wrap, which was loaded and well worth the money!  There were a couple other employees working as well, all of whom made small talk and were very friendly and approachable.  Check out their fb page or website for the daily specials and expansive menu.  I'm looking forward to trying some of their specials and homemade soups soon!  Great job, guys! :)

  Blows away any other sandwich/wrap/sub/soup spot in scarb. Best lunch variety in the area while putting quality ingredients first. Their small staff has perfected a large amount options to customize your sandwich/wrap with a menu of favorites to choose from.
  Just Make sure to notice the daily special, Don't sleep on the breakfast sandwiches, and potato salad is the best side.

  Everyone who works in an office, has a go to eatery they rely on more than all others, for me this is Mac's. I have gotten to know the staff on a first name basis, and have even gotten to know our common musical tastes! The guys at Mac's appreciate loyal customers, and that is a big reason I return, besides their delicious sandwiches of course.
  
  While their regular menu is full of scrumptous options (my personal favorite is the Mac's Chicken Salad wrap), what makes Mac's special is their original specials they have every day. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen the same exact special twice! I love how creative their sandwiches are, and when they are featuring a special that doesn't peak my interest, I can rely on my favorite stand bys
  
  Do yourself a favor and give these guys a try, there is seating in and outside of you so desire to dine there.
